Mr. Puestow has a strong background in managed care operations and management development. In addition to expanding our operations, he is focused on promoting disease management and wellness programs for our clients.

Mr. Puestow has been Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of ATLAS Health Systems in Boston, an international specialty surgical network that provides U.S. employers, commercial payors and select individuals with access to affordable, high quality surgical procedures performed outside the U.S. at considerable cost savings. ATLAS coordinates all components of acute and follow-up care for patients requiring a variety of complex major surgical procedures, such as heart bypass surgery, hip replacements and organ transplants. He has also been a Managing Partner of Windward Consulting Group, a national strategic and human resource consulting company, specializing in start-up and fast growth companies in the insurance, managed care and employee benefits fields. Prior to that, Mr. Puestow served as officer, partner or director of several other human resource consulting and executive search firms.

Ms. Lopez has been part of the Access Plans USA organization for over 13 years, including 10 years in our Management Information Systems department, where she developed enhanced reporting analysis reports and provider maintenance files. She has effectively empowered her department managers to be strong leaders and review electronic efficiencies across operations. Her key areas of responsibility include: Operations Management, Claims Administration, Customer Service, Information Technology, and Administration and Quality Assurance

Ms. McSwain has been a healthcare professional for more than 20 years, with clinical experience primarily in Medical / Surgical and Trauma. Her experience also includes the managed care arena of commercial insurance and Medicaid HMO. Her key areas of responsibility for Foresight TPA include: Utilization Management, Utilization Review in conjunction with Texas Department of Insurance Standards, Pre-certification / Pre-authorization, Quality Management, Coordination of Care, Large Case Management, Coordination with Wellness and Prevention, Coordination with Disease Management Programs, and Oversight of Network Operations to include Contracting, Credentialing / Recredentialing Functions for Physician, and Ancillary Providers.

Mr. Dunn has 19 years experience in Financial Management roles, including 7 years in the TPA environment. His management duties have encompassed Account Management, Business and Product Development, Client Relations, Health Plan Analysis Management, Administration and Quality Assurance Management, Stop Loss Management, and Subrogation.

Mr. Zubia has over 10 years experience at the corporate level developing new business relationships for corporations such as Time Warner Cable and Cox Communication, where he brought in $12 million in additional revenue. He will work to capture new business for Foresight TPA, using his insight and out-of-the-box thinking.
